Processing Time

• We don’t ship on weekends or holidays.
• You’ll get a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Issues

• Once your package is with the carrier, delays are out of our control.
• If your tracking says “delivered” but you didn’t get it, contact the carrier first.
• Make sure your shipping info is correct—we’re not responsible for orders sent to the wrong address.

Damaged or Lost Packages

• If your order shows up damaged or doesn’t arrive, email us ASAP with your order number and photos (if damaged).
• We’ll help you get a replacement or file a claim.

Once your payment has been processed, orders cannot be cancelled. If your order is already in route to your location, it also cannot be cancelled or refunded, no exceptions.
